Condemn hooliganism, it darkens Ghana’s football – Eleven Wonders coach Prince Coffie

Coach George Coffie has frowned to hooliganism as it darkens Ghana’s football.

The mastermind has made a strong stance against intimidation and humiliation in Ghana football.

He made this statement on Atoobu Sports when he was explaining incidence at Bibiani when Wonders played to Bibiani Gold Stars at away.

“We have to condemn hooliganism, it doesn’t speak well about the game in Ghana.”- He told Atoobu Sports.

“We were humiliated and maltreated at Bibiani. They nearly ceased my phone. Our team bus driver was knocked down with an iron rod.” – Coach Coffie

However, he believes his boys played very well despite a 1-0 defeat at Bibiani.

“Despite, all the discomfit we went through, my boys were able to hold on to the task against Bibiani Gold Stars”

According to Coach Coffie, they have reported to thier management but they are yet to hear from them.

Techiman Eleven Wonders play home to Great Olympics on Matchday 27.

The mastermind is determined for the full points to escape relegation this season.

Techiman Eleven Wonders are placed on the 16th position with 28 points, – 10 goals in 26 appearances

However, gaffer Coffie believes, Wonders will escape relegation for they have 5 home matches of which they have targeted win for all in thier 8 remaining matches.

For the 3 away matches, 2 wins or they draw all, he hinted

Techiman Eleven Wonders will play Great Olympics, Hearts of Oak, Aduana Stars, Karela United and Legon Cities at home.
