Patapaa slams Sonie Badu, who recently sparked debate on Christian principles with his new tattoos, in his explanation to why One Corner is more hit than Kwaku The Traveler.

‘One Corner’ monster hitmaker, Justice Amoa, popularly known as Patapaa has said Popular Gospel musician who double as a pastor, Sonie Badu doesn’t know how God works for negatively tagging his monster hit song ‘One Corner’.

He said this on Star FM Entertainment Review on Saturday, 30th April, 2022 in his explanation to why Black Sherif’s new release, making tremendous waves across the globe, ‘Kwaku The Traveler’ shouldn’t be compared to ‘One Corner’.

Patapaa in his submission argued that, Kwaku The Traveler falls to ‘One Corner’ despite its popularity in dint of several factors.

“One Corner reached the world, was even headlined on CNN World news, but was without a digital platform, social media handles and a managerial backing so why do Ghanaians compare it to that ‘boy’ who had all the required structures to make hit?” Patapaa quizzes.

According to Patapaa, Second sermon will rather make sense in this debate not ‘Kwaku The Traveler’

” That boy’s(Black Sherif) track, second sermon will fit this battle and not’ Kwaku The Traveler’. How many Ghanaians can sing this song?
Even children were able to sing ‘One Corner’ – Patapaa.

“One Corner traveled to every corner of the world to extend that Sonie Badu who doesn’t know how God works described it as a satanic piece of work” – Patapaa told Entertainment Review.

Patapaa is best known for 2017 debut single “One Corner”, which was nominated for the Most Popular Song of the Year category and song of the Year at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana music Awards.

“One Corner” was also nominated as the Song of the Year at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana music Awards. In 2018, he was featured on an African international hit titled Akwaaba by one of Ghana’s finest producers Guiltybeatz including Mr Eazi and Pappy Kojo.
